About Us

Welcome to Lewes Priory

Lewes Priory CC is a Clubmark-accredited focus club, not to mention one of oldest Cricket Clubs in England, see our History page. We have about 200 members, including a flourishing junior section. In 2010 both our Under 14s and Under 15s were County Champions in their respective competitions.

The Saturday teams play in the Sussex League (Premier champions in 1986 and 1990 and Div. 2 winners in 1999, 2006 and 2008) and in the East Sussex League. There are also Sunday and midweek friendly teams, and the youth teams play in various local leagues and festivals. Our midweek team are the current holders of the East Area Twenty20 Cup.

There are plenty of social events  throughout the year and the bar is often open!

Finding Us

We play at the Stanley Turner Ground. Parking is available. The Saturday 3rd XI plays at the Convent Field; changing facilities are by the Dripping Pan car park.
